RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE:

Responsibility:

Undertake production activities as required by the demands of the business ensuring that products are manufactured in an effective and timely manner.

Seek to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business.

Sustain a high standard of housekeeping/maintenance to ensure efficiency.

Adhere to Health and Safety practices as determined by the needs of the business and legislation.

Coach employees new to the task/process to ensure swift understanding and attainment of necessary skills.

Personal training and development to ensure personal and business success.

You may from time to time be required to undertake such other duties as the management may reasonably require

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED WITHIN ROLE:–

Previous experience within a similar production environment-

Attainment of 4 GCSE’s (inc. English and Maths) at grade C or above (desirable) or equivalent-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
• Information Technology Skills (desirable)-
• Ability to work as part of a team

Schedule:

• Day shift – Monday to Thursday
• No weekends
• Overtime
