Are you an experienced LGV 1 driver? Do you thrive in a night driving role? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled driver to join our client’s team on a temporary to permanent bases.
For the ideal candidate you must have a minimum of 2 years LGV 1 experience and be over the age of 25 (Insurance Purposes)
Job Description:
- The role would involve trunking to the main hubs unloading at the required sheds and loading back to base
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Drivers must have valid C+E license
- 25 years of age + due to insurance purposes
- Full CPC and digital tachograph card
- Operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and road regulations.
Hours: Monday to Friday 19:00 Start time
Guaranteed 50 hours per week with paid overtime (Overtime paid the following month)
