Look no further! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Membership Executive . Working within their newly built offices with an onsite café and gym.
Our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high-profile public-sector business organisations, with a view of reaching out to businesses on their behalf.
You will primarily be working on a wide variety of client campaigns where you will be responsible for the following.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Taking membership payments.
- sending emails and updating client records.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to a variety of people, working within a busy environment where no two weeks are the same.
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 – £11.50 per hour or 11am – 7pm Monday to Friday a week with working every other Saturday 10am – 4pm. ( A day off in the week will be given when working a Saturday) £12.00 per hour
