Local employer are looking for Technical support Advisors

Can you deliver great customer service and quality technical support over the phone and via online electronic formats.

If you have a good understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service and have a passion for technology and gadgets, this job will be prefect for you. Working in a relaxed but professional environment the role would involve inbound technical support calls, replying to support emails and other channels such as live chats or callbacks. You will need to document for CRM sytems other duties would be product testing of faulty devices and any other duties required.

  • Patience and empathy understanding

Own transport is essential due to location.

Starting salary of £16,000 t0 £16500  plus staff benefits including Perkbox on completion of your probationary period.

All of the roles are shift based and include some weekend work on rotation

.Shift patterns operate between 8am - 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am - 4pm on Sunday.
