Job Description

Can you deliver quality technical support over the phone and via electronic formats to customers of high profile clients. Whilst a call centre background is desirable, so long as you can demonstrate the necessary skills we would still like to hear from you!

You must be able to be patient and adaptable to any given scenario on the phone. Great communicators with a lesser knowledge of devices will be considered.

Must have previous experience within customer service or Technical support role.

The role would involve taking inbound calls, replying to support emails and other channels as and when necessary such as live chat or callbacks. You will answering calls quickly and efficiently to benefit the client and customer. Booking swap outs repairs or pick ups, possible testing of faulty devices and any other duties required.

Preferred skills.

Must have good attention to detail, customer service experience be able to work as a team, knowledge of Microsoft office be able to multi task, methodical thinker. Be able to adapt to customer expectations be able to show patience empathy and understanding. 

40 hours per week possible shifts.

Must have access to transport due to location not central warminster.
