Job Description

Direct Response Employment Services are excited to be working with a reputable organisation who are a leader in there field and looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Company: 

A family run business who are going through continues expansion, they are a leader in their field and extremely proud of the business they have built over the past years. 

The Role: 

Utilising on your previous customer service and communication skills you will be dealing with customers on a day to day basis and booking their vehicles into the workshop for servicing and repairs. You will be able to advise customers on processes, giving them advise on services covered, timescales and providing customers with quotes and costs on work. 

You will be able to speak with customers and gather information to determine problems with the vehicles and be able to liaise between customers and workshop technicians.

The Candidate: 

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a similar industry either from a motor trade background or dealership. You will have previous experience of dealing with high volume customers, excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. 

It is essential that you have previous experience within the motor trade or working within a dealership to be considered for this role. 

Salary is up to £24,000 depending on experience with bonus on top, working hours will be Monday to Friday along with working every other Saturday on a rota basis.
