Direct Response Employment Services are seeking a restoration technician for our client based in Frome.
Candidates must have a full clean driving license, good communication skills, good IT skills, be flexible and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Previous experience within a specialist cleaning company would be an advantage.
The role involves undertaking disaster restoration projects, including cleaning and restoration of domestic and commercial items whether contents or buildings as per technical guides & manuals either onsite or at workshop.
You will maintain the highest level of health & safety at all times, keeping regular awareness training. You will assist the admin staff with telephone inquiries or outgoing requests including policy holders and claim queries.
Applicants must have a BDMA Accreditation as a minimum and GCSE in English and maths. You must be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information whilst having the ability to work within a team as well as working with a variety of customers and must be motivated and have willingness to work flexible hours. You may be required to be on call.
