Job Description

Our client, a well known manufacturing company is looking for a temporary receptionist/administrator. This position is for maternity cover until July/August.

The job role involves working close to the production team as you will be required to process databases and spread sheets and perform sales order processing. Candidates must have a good understanding of using Excel. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls from clients and customers so an excellent telephone manner is required, responding to emails and queries and meeting any customers/clients so you must have excellent customer service.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

Salary - £16,640 per annum.

Transport would be advantageous due to the location however it is within walking distance from the train station. There is free parking on site if you have access to your own transport.
