Part Time Sales Ledger Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a part time sales ledger clerk to join our client in the new year on a temporary basis to support them through a busy period.

This is a flexible role offering part time school hours working 4 hours a day with some flexibility with start and finish times. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a finance position with experience of sales ledger and responsible for the following duties. 

  • Managing sales ledger 
  • Processing of invoices 
  • Investigating any discrepancies with invoices and raising credits where necessary. 
  • Liaising with clients in regards to invoice queries. 
  • Assisting with other general administration within the finance department. 

We are looking for someone who is organised, good level of IT skills, numerical and able to work within a small team.
