Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our established client in Chippenham who are keen for a part time finance administrator to support the finance department on a temporary basis for around 6 weeks.
You will have previous administration experience ideally from within a finance or accounts department, excellent IT skills and happy to muck in and support the team through this busy period.
Main duties will be the following;
- Daily posting of cash receipts onto the accounting system and allocation against customer invoices per remittance advice
- Chasing remittances not received and resolving allocation issues
- Provision of information and explanations to the Credit Controller
- Other tasks to support the Finance function as required
Hours will be working 4 hours per day Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm although there can be some flexibility with the hours.
