PA / Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator / PA to join a unique client of ours in Warminster on a temporary to permanent basis.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous administration experience, computer literate and someone who work well within a team but also work on their own tasks and initiative. 

Supporting one of the managing directors you will be responsible for the following duties. 

  • Managing Documentation and Administration on behalf of the Managing Director. 
  • Updating information on the system, making changes or adding information as and when required. 
  • Managing invoices and posting these on to the system 
  • Keeping Data up to date and cleansing of the system when needed
  • Daily use of Excel 
  • Filing and providing general administration support. 

Our client is looking to get someone on board ASAP so there is an immediate start for the right candidate.
