Outbound call Handlers

Job Description

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting an established and growing company in Frome who are seeking outbound telemarketers to join the team on a temporary basis to start in September time. This is a temporary role initially but could potentially lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy speaking to decision makers and have confident in building relationships and rapport easily with customers. 

Key Duties: 

  • Making outbound calls with a view to appointment making or clarifying information. 
  • Ensuring information is up to date at all times. 
  • Working on multiple campaigns.

Skills / Experience: 

  • Previous Sales experience or someone who perhaps is a recent graduate / school leaver looking get some experience under there belt. 
  • Excellent communicator and confident when speaking on the phone. 
  • Friendly and personable. 
  • Team Player
