Have you got exceptional customer service skills?

We are currently on the hunt for Customer service advisor for our client based in Warminster.

The role will primarily involve helping people either over the phone or via other electronic formats with their queries regarding electronic devices purchased from the clients. As a company the range of products that they support is quite diverse ranging from mobile phones, televisions, games consoles and much, much more.

You will be able to demonstrate good IT skills and good common sense and a logical approach to problem solving and have the ability to balance empathy with professional objectivity. We are looking for committed team members, who are able to support a wide variety of customers ranging in technical ability and temperament.

These roles are shift based and will include some weekend work. Our shift patterns operate between 8am to 19:00 Monday through to Saturday and 10am to 16:00 on Sundays.

The starting hourly rate of pay for full time positions is £8.21, increasing to £8.47 after a minimum of 6 months employment, plus staff benefits including Perkbox on completion of your probationary period.
