We are looking for an administrator to join our client in Warminster on a temporary to permanent basis to provide administration support within the office. 

Duties will include the following. 

  • Updating the system and website with information 
  • Using spreadsheets on a daily basis to collate information and update / add information when needed.
  • Process customer information on the system and liaise with internal and external departments. 
  • Speaking to customers and answering customer queries. 
  • Provide general administration support to the office and managers. 

You will need to have excellent computer skills and knowledge of excel along with a good level of written and verbal English for the role with great organisational skills. 

Working Monday to Friday with standard office working hours.
