Direct Response Employment Services are looking for an administrator to join our client in Swindon on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who perhaps has minimal administration experience or perhaps an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge. You will be working with a renowned employer who has experienced significant growth over the last few years and have multiple offices across the South West. 

As a business support administrator you will be responsible for ensuring administration and paperwork is compliant and ethical within the office and ensure all administration is updated and correct.

You will play a key part in the customer journey from being the point of contact for customers, answering customer queries where possible, processing customer applications and documentation, taking customer payments and ensuring each customer receives an excellent service. 

To be considered for this role you will need to be organised, high attention to detail and be team spirited as you will be working within a fun and supportive team. 

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 17:30pm and every other Saturday 9am - 12:30pm. 

Starting salary is £18,000 along with a yearly bonus scheme, yearly salary reviews and further progression and training opportunities.
