Administrator (Internal Sales)

Job Description

Direct Response Employment Services are working exclusively with an employer of choice who are looking to expand significantly over the coming months and therefore looking for an administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a candidate who is organised, pro-active, happy to muck in and help with various departments when needed and be a real team player in helping this company expand. 

Key Duties: 

Processing customer orders.

Being the first point of contact for customers.

Liaising with customers in regards to a range of different queries from orders, deliveries, pricing and so on. 

Provide general administration support to the office. 

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn about the business and the products, someone who is hard working, able to multi task and roll their sleeves up to get stuck in when required. 

On offer is a starting salary of between £18-20k depending on experience along working Monday to Friday with no weekend work involved. Our client is looking for someone who ideally has a driving licence.
