The role would involve administration functions for the post-delivery service.
We are seeking someone who can take the initiative remain focused, promote teamwork and be decisive.
Applicants will be responsible for supporting the customer service function in delivering a great customer service experience. Managing the distribution and workflow of all service-related tasks and supervise the service delivery team and maintain the department SLA’s
Duties include but are not restricted to the following:
Supervising the team to ensure they understand and maintain department objectives, distribute workflow and tasks amongst the team and monitor progress to ensure the work is complete. Maintain department skills matrix to ensure optimum functionality within the team, support your team with problematic queries, work with and support the team to resolve customer escalations, making sure team productivity and progress is updated. Ensuring that product information is relevant and accessible to the team, manage response timescales, RMAs, invoices, credit notes are all approved and processed within timescales.
