The role would involve administration functions for the post-delivery service.

We are seeking someone who can take the initiative, remain focused, promote teamwork and be decisive.

Your duties would involve maintaining monthly IOS reports and SLAs as well as preparing JLP labels weekly and maintaining spreadsheets. Working with the post-delivery supervisor you will prepare weekly customer reports for multiple Customers. You will also provide symptoms and diagnoses reporting within case management in AX. Sending EDD reports bi-weekly to customers as well as on time and failed deliveries. Prepare export documentation weekly in conjunction with PK and Transport ensuring the Export master sheet is updated with new models and product information. Supporting customer service team with post-delivery queries and to provide costings report via case management and any other duties required.
