Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of an internal sales advisor to join the team on a temporary basis with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
The internal sales coordinator is responsible for support the team with sales related administration from initial quote to sale, therefore we are looking for someone who is a good all round administrator, a confident communicator and effectively able to build strong relationships.
Raising and pricing of quotes.
Job chasing to order conversion and query / complaint resolution.
Management of pipeline through pro-active chasing of work bank but outbound calling and lead generation.
You will be working towards agreed timescales and SLA and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction along with working closely with orders and distribution functions.
We are looking for someone who has some previous experience either within a sales role, sales admin or similar and available for an immediate start.
