Direct Response Employment Services are pleased to be working with our reputable client in Frome who are seeking customer service telemarketers to join their team on a temporary basis to start in January 2021.
We are looking for candidates who are happy making outbound calls to customers so ideally you will have previous sales or outbound calling experience or perhaps you are looking for your first career move and looking to gain experience in a friendly, supportive and hard working team.
You will be working on various marketing campaigns with a view to booking appointments on behalf of the client, along with membership support and cleansing of data.
We are looking for candidates with a confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills and happy talking to a variety of people over the phone. You must also be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and able to multi-task with speaking to customers and inputting data on to the CRM.
This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday with the possibility of working Saturdays which are usually 1 per month.
This role is initially on-going until March with the potential to be extended or made permanent position.
