Direct Response Employment Services are supporting a local client in the heart of Warminster in the recruitment of a Customer service operative to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a key role working within a small team where you will be carrying out both customer service and administrative tasks within a busy office, therefore we are looking for a candidate who can multi task, work well under pressure and be a good team player.
Main duties of the role will be liaising with customers over the phone in regards to a range of queries, investigating these queries and ensuring the customer has a positive service and that you provide an excellent customer experience. You will be be responsible for inputting of customer orders, confirming delivery information, liaising with suppliers and other internal departments and providing administrative support within the office.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service role with some administrative experience.
This role is paying a salary of between £18-20k per annum and working Monday to Friday full time office hours, although the company are prepared to consider flexi hours or reduced office hours.
