An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client based in Melksham where you will be joining a dynamic team.
As a Customer service advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers whilst processing administrative tasks within the Customer Service department.
We are looking for a team player who has the initiative to push projects through and promote teamwork be focused and decisive.
You will promote and maintain a high standard of customer service, answer telephone calls and emails in a professional timely manner always adhering to the agreed Service level agreements. Work to achieve first time fix on initial contacts whilst ensuring contacts are updated and logged onto AX. Administration and ownership of complaints and issues assigned to you. Complete any general admin tasks as required in the customer service department or any other duties required. Process orders onto the system accurately and in accordance with the agreed guidelines. Giving consideration to credit limits, production dates, capacity issues and pricing queries.
