Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client in Westbury who are going through a busy period and looking for a customer service advisor to join the team on an initial temporary basis with a potential of permanency.
As a customer service representative you will responsible for liaising with customers in relation to a wide range of queries, you will have good level of spoken English and be able to provide professional customer care to clients and colleagues.
You will remain calm in busy periods and be able to support the office with administration and provide an all round office support.
This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am – 7pm, ideally due to the location you will have your own transport or live locally to Westbury, Trowbridge or surrounding due to location.
