Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of 2 customer service advisors to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to to provide exception customer service to clients and ensure excellent relationships are maintained with clients and colleagues across the business.
These roles are temporarily ongoing and our client is looking to get candidates on board quickly.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery queries.
- Process and email of orders and liaise with the team regarding customer orders.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times.
Skills Required for the role:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A good communicator.
- Excellent IT and data entry skills.
- Able to work under pressure and be a team player.
This role is working Monday to Friday and is an ongoing temporary role paying £10.00 per hour.
