Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our established client who are recruiting  a customer service administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

As a customer service administrator you will be responsible for supporting the sales office with administrative tasks along with providing excellent customer support to customers.

Key Duties:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence within a professional manner and within a timely matter.
  • Processing of customer orders along with updating customer account information.
  • Ensure excellent knowledge  of all products and services at all times to be able to assist with customer requirements.
  • Managing sales orders and resolving enquiries.
  • Handling customer complaints  and identify opportunities to turn a dissatisfied customer in to a happy customer.
  • Working to KPI’s and ensuring  high level of customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role would be ideal.
  • A strong communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Good attention to detail and grammar and you will be writing to customers via email.
  • IT Literate especially within Microsoft office.

Working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday with a salary of between £21,000 – £22,000 per annum depending on experience.
