Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client for Frome, working within their newly built offices with an onsite café and gym.
Our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high-profile public sector business organisations, with a view of reaching out to businesses on their behalf.
As a Customer Membership Executive you will primarily be working on a wide variety of client campaigns where you will be responsible for the following.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Taking membership payments.
- sending emails and updating client records.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to a variety of people, working within a busy environment where no two weeks are the same.
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, as excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 3 days working 9 am – 5 pm and 2 days working 11 am – 7 pm 2 days a week with working every other Saturday 10 am – 4 pm.
The role is paying an hourly rate of £11.50 and will be ongoing temporarily with a potential to turn permanent for the right candidate.
