Are you an Experienced Accounts Assistant. We are supporting our client in Radstock who are looking for someone on a temp to perm basis.
As an accounts assistant you will support the organisation with all administrative duties in relation to finance department, therefore you will have a numerical mind and excellent attention to detail.
- Managing all invoicing and purchasing activities within the company.
- Supporting with payroll.
- Managing supplier statements.
- Dealing with any invoicing queries and supporting with credit control.
- Managing company accounts and VAT returns.
- Assisting with ordering of company suppliers / stationary.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory.
You will be using sage on a daily basis so ideally having knowledge and experience within this computing software would be ideal along with previous experience of finance / accountancy experience.
The role will be initially temporary with a view of being made permanent after completing of 2 weeks. The role is office based with the working hours 9:00 to 17:00 with a starting salary of £26k.
