Direct Response Employment Services Are delighted to be supporting our client in Trowbridge who are currently seeking a Private client Secretary to join the team on a permanent basis.
Ideally, you will have previous experience within the legal sector or have previous experience working within a secretarial role or similar.
As a Private Secretary, you will be responsible for providing full support to the private client fee earners, as well as delivering excellent service to your clients. Your duties will include typing of documents processing large and small legal documents, diary management, task management, and general administration support.
You will be also responsible for answering queries from clients, taking messages and meeting and greeting clients upon arrival.
You will have a professional attitude, good communication skills, and be confident in liaising with various clients on a day-to-day basis.
Previous experience within the private client sector would be an advantage but not essential.
The role is working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00, salary if negotiable depending on experience.
