The role would involve sales contacting clients to identify recruitment needs Using a variety of sources to identify candidates within the local market. Conduct candidate interviews and inductions Lead generation to create new business opportunities within your market, Identify Business development contacting companies who are hiring professionals. speaking with companies to establish relationships, agree terms and supply permanent staff, Conduct face to face meetings with both existing and potential customers, The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience Proven track record within recruitment , Experience in an outbound, phone-based sales environment, Customer focused Have excellent client relationship building skills, Strong business development skills, Salary between £21,000 and £26,000 per annum to start dependent upon experience Pension Scheme Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday . Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.
