Experienced Sous Chef

Job Description

Our prestigious clients requires with an immediate start an experienced Sous Chef.

You would be producing items to a high standard and set time scales. Passionate about the food you serve. Must be able to work under pressure in a busy shift.You understand the importance of all departments working together to make a great shift and do not take it personally or act defensively if guests complain about the food and will take ownership of your own mistakes. You will encourage colleagues and team members and also coach and develop them to achieve their responsibilities. You will show empathy, be approachable to team members and actively promote change positively to others. Must have basic IT skills and strong interpersonal skillsFree Parking & excellent benefits. You will have at least one years experience at this level and be able to bulk cook fresh food within a fast service environment. Own transport required due to location.

Various shift patterns 5 days from 7 averaging 45 hours per week

09:00 - 16:00

16:00 - 23:00You must be computer literate and own transport would be a distinct advantage.

24K - 26K depending on experience with tips up to 2-3K p/a
