Partner

Diane established Direct Response in early 1998 and together with her team, they have continued to grow. Having come from Transport and Distribution from a well known major retailer, and has over 22 years experience in recruitment it has helped her to understand her clients’ requirements. She believes in keeping her staff up to date through training within the recruitment industry. Every client and candidate is important to her and her team and she is still very much hands on.

Adrianna Ciechomska

Joining us in November 2006, Adrianna has got exceptional Customer Service skills and has built strong relationships with her clients and candidates, matching the right candidate to the right position. Adrianna will always go the extra mile to fulfil the clients recruitment needs.

Penelope Trowbridge

Industrial Consultant

Penelope has joined the team in October 09 she is currently training to cover the industrial desk. pen has a friendly and outgoing personality as well as professional and is always at hand to help.

Rachael Austin

Administrator

Rachael joined direct in October 2009 as an administrator to help with our busy christmas period. she is proffessional friendly and helpful.Rachael is also responsible for keeping our Cv librairy up to date.

Daniela Stubbs

Driving Consultant

Daniela joined Direct Response in January 2007. Having worked within a transport environment has helped her to understand the needs and requirements of the customers as well as the drivers. Daniela has completed her course in Working Time Directives and Tachographs with Distinction. Daniela fully understands the pressure of the transport industry and is always at hand to help.

Alanna Heywood

Accounts / Payroll

Alanna is the youngest member of our team bringing with her 11 Distinctions in Administration and Business Studies. Alanna joined us in July 2005 after completing a work experience placement; she has gained a wealth of experience since joining Direct Response and now successfully runs the Payroll Department.

Julita Antczak

Payroll / Administrator

Julita joined Direct Response in January 2008; she assists Alanna in our busy Payroll Department processing wages every week ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times. Julita also helps with translation of our Eastern European employees.
