Having been made redundant in September 2005 I made the decision to find a job that I could enjoy that would give me some sense of satisfaction. By mid November I was beginning to despair that such a thing existed and found myself applying for jobs that were below the targets I had set myself.

Then one afternoon I contacted Direct Response about a local job, only to find I had just missed it. A friendly voice asked me to send my CV which I duly did without much hope, having done much the same for the past 8 weeks. Imagine my surprise when not an hour later I had call from them quickly followed by an email with the job description for my dream job. By the end of the afternoon the interview was arranged and subsequently I found myself back in employment.

The whole process was friendly, efficient and well organized. I cannot thank Direct Response enough for saving me from a job which 'paid the bills' but left me with no sense of satisfaction. Nearly nine months later I still feel the same about the work I do.
