Diane established Direct Response in early 1998 and, together with her team, they have continued to grow. Having come from Transport and Distribution from a well known major retailer, and has over 22 years experience in recruitment it has helped her to understand her clients’ requirements. She believes in keeping her staff up to date through training within the recruitment industry. Every client and candidate is important to her and her team and she is still very much hands on.

Adrianna Ciechomska Industrial Consultant

Joining us in November 2006 Adrianna has got exceptional customer service skills and has got to know her customers and candidates matching the right candidate to the right position. She will be studing towards her certificate in recruitment practice and is already bringing in new business to the company.

Daniela Kecskemetiova Driving Consultant

Daniela joined Direct Response in January 2007. Having worked in a transport environment has helped her to understand the needs and requirements of the customer as well as the drivers. She is very efficient and will be studying towards her certificate in recruitment practice. She has just completed her course on driving hours and tachographs, now completed Essential skills going on to gain her certRP.

Samantha Parsons
Commercial Consultant / Branch Administrator

As our Administrator and Commercial Consultant for temporary workers, Sam has a heavy workload! She comes from the Retail industry so has excellent service skills to both clients and candidates. Sam is currently studying for her Certificate in Recruitment Practice through the REC which will give her the initials CertRP after her name. She is efficient, thorough and meticulous-you won’t find one paper out of place! She enjoys dealing with people and takes the time to match the right candidate to the right position.
